Users may not use this site to distribute any material if they do not have the legal right to do so. ImageReverb does not knowingly allow the posting of copyrighted materials. It is outside our capabilities to determine the copyright status of all the images posted on ImageReverb.

FAQs - Questions about ImageReverb


1. How much can you expect to earn?
You can expect to see up to $1 per 2500 Uniques. Your earnings depend on your source of traffic. Traffic from the US, the UK, Canada, and Germany pay the best. Traffic from Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden pay half.

2. Why don't I get paid for traffic from the rest of the World?
Simply put, we can only earn revenue from the countries listed. We are a revenue sharing site, so if it doesn't make money for us, then it won't make money for you. As it is, the majority of our traffic comes from the US, UK, Canada, and Germany - generating about 60% of the traffic we recieve.

3. When will I get paid?
Payment can be requested when there is $10 or more of unpaid revenue. You will be given a "payday" by the system that is based on a NET15+ payment system. Please see the Payment Request section of your member page for more details.

4. How can I recieve Payment?
Currently we pay primarily via Paypal. E-gold is available for a select few countries that are not able to recieve via PayPal.

5. What kind of content is allowed and what is not allowed?
ImageREVERB allows adult content in the Adult section of the site only. Adult content in the General section will result in a warning with the content removed. ImageREVERB does not tolerate or allow bestiality or pedophiliac content. This includes, but is not limited to, persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or taking part in otherwise sexually implicit or explicit situations. Users uploading illegal or pedophiliac content will be banned. We will also work with the authorities and disclose your connection details and any other identifying information where required by law.

ImageREVERB does not allow pictures that infringe on the copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs, as well as pictures for which user lacks usage and/or distribution permissions. Uploading copyrighted content that we have been asked by the copyright holders to remove will result in a warning to the user and removal of the copyrighted material.

6. What does it mean if I have recieved a warning about one or more of my Galleries?
Warnings that are issued will contain an explanation for the warning and the steps necessary to rectify the situation. At ImageReverb we have a one strike policy, with few exceptions. If the infringement is truly severe and/or you do not respond to the warning you recieve then it is possible to have your account closed immediately - forfeiting any revenue earned. Over time strikes will be removed from good standing accounts, eventually leading to a clean slate once more. We do not share the timeframe for this. 7. What is truly severe infringement?
If an account is found to have only copyright infringing material and nothing else then it will be closed immediately and the user forfeit all earned revenue. ImageReverb takes copyright infringement seriously. SO DON'T UPLOAD COPYRIGHT MATERIAL!
